The Center for Families programs in Pennsylvania and Minnesota provide safe havens for parents and teens to find strength, hope, and peace. Our Minnesota program is conveniently located in Minneapolis, and our three Pennsylvania programs are in Malvern and West Chester, in lovely countryside locations within an easy distance of Philadelphia, whether by car or on the SEPTA train line.
Our program locations, along with our facilities and their amenities, play a key role in our integrated model of care, and distinguish us as one of the top mental health outpatient programs in Pennsylvania and Minnesota.
Center for Families’ Mental Health Facilities
The right environment is an integral part of the healing process because it directly affects clients’ emotional state, as well as their ability to focus on making lifelong change. Our Minneapolis MN and Malvern and West Chester PA treatment centers are easily accessible to outdoor settings, like local parks and conservation areas, that are ideal for experiential modalities such as Adventure Therapy.
Our integrative programming also prioritizes time for yoga, art therapy, and music therapy in our beautifully appointed studios. CFF’s indoor and outdoor spaces set the stage for teens to form strong relationships with their therapists, build a supportive peer community, and strengthen connections with self and family.

- Partial Hospitalization/Therapeutic Day Program—full-day programming, 5 days a week, with a robust academic component
- Nourish program—our PHP specialized for teens experiencing mental health struggles accompanied by disordered eating
- Intensive Outpatient Program—after-school programming that includes clinical and experiential therapy and family support
Our Locations
Ideal Environments with Exceptional Care
Our West Chester, Malvern, and Minneapolis Center for Families locations offer intimate settings for individual, group, and family therapy sessions. We keep groups smaller to ensure optimum outcomes for sustainable healing.
All of our locations are in peaceful settings close to nature preserves. The Chester Valley Trail touches our Malvern property, with a park just 100 yards from our facility. Our West Chester programs are just down the road from Fernhill Lake and close to the beautiful Stroud Preserve. Our Minneapolis location is near Bde Maka Ska Park and lake.
